Processing Time

Orders may require up to 3–5 business days for processing before they are shipped or available for pickup. This allows time to carefully craft, package, and prepare your piece.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days (U.S. domestic). Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and your location.

Local Pickup

If we have previously agreed to a local pickup arrangement, please still allow 3–5 business days for your order to be completed and ready. We will notify you once your piece is available for pickup.

Need It by a Certain Date?

If you need your jewelry by a specific date and you're concerned that standard processing and shipping might cut it close, please contact us at info@ellebrandsshop.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
